UHS Wilson Hospital

DDS was entrusted by a long-standing customer to complete all sitework for a critical tower expansion at the UHS Wilson hospital in Johnson City, NY. This complex project around an active hospital campus involved many intricate disciplines including, selective structure demolition, delegated design for shoring systems, secant wall construction, tie-back and timber lagging installation, deep foundation excavation, decorative cast-in-place retaining walls, slab over deck parking ramps and even oxygen tank farm reconstruction.

Oak Hill Country Club

Recently, DDS began work on a prestigious expansion at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, NY. Constructed in 1921 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the facility features two world renowned 18-hole courses that over the years have hosted the Ryder Cup, U.S. Open and PGA Championships several times over. This exciting project involves complex site demolition, grading, foundation support, deep utility relocation, an extensive bluestone patio and full landscaping package, all while keeping the course fully operational.

In the spring of 2021, DDS was selected to complete a full scope of sitework construction for the ROC5 Amazon Warehouse in Rochester, NY. From kick-off with tree clearing, 45 acres of mass earthwork, over 250,000 cubic yard import, rock blasting & crushing, deep site utilities and wrapping up ahead of schedule with hardscape installation, this fast-paced project was substantially complete and paved in only five months.

The Veria Wellness Center contracted DDS for heavy civil construction support in building a 68,000-square foot Wellness Resort situated on 300 acres. The project included earthwork, clearing, erosion control, sanitary sewer, water distribution, storm drainage, pavements, curbs, walks and pads, and landscaping.
