Justin Cerqua

Justin Cerqua serves as the Vice President, Utility Services, leading the Gas Distribution and Telecom groups of The DDS Companies. With nearly two decades of expertise in heavy civil construction, his comprehensive experience spans estimating, project management, vendor management, value engineering design, and project close-out. Over the course of his career, Justin has effectively supervised the successful completion of numerous projects for DDS. In his current role, he holds the responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day operations of our largest commercial division.
