His journey began at an early age, progressing from foundational roles as a laborer during school breaks to more advanced positions as a project engineer during college. Since joining DDS in 2015, Mike has successfully led high-performing teams through complex, large-scale civil projects and managed gas distribution operations across diverse regions. Mike’s extensive experience in project management, operational leadership, and strategic customer engagement has been instrumental in his progression to President.
